Description:
Porcellio bolivari “Ghost” is a rare and highly sought-after morph known for its pale ghost-like base coloration, ranging from light grey to almost white. A key identifying feature of this morph is the subtle golden stripe running along its body, adding a warm metallic contrast against the light background. This combination gives it a clean yet premium “ghost with gold line” appearance that is highly valued in the hobby.
This species grows to a medium size and is moderately demanding in captivity. It prefers a well-ventilated setup with a clear dry-to-moist gradient, where the dry side is more dominant. Good airflow is essential, as it does not tolerate overly humid or stagnant conditions.
Once established, it becomes a premium collector morph, valued for its unique pale + gold patterning, rarity in the hobby, and strong high-end appeal among Porcellio enthusiasts.
