Description:
Armadillidium sp. “Glacier” is a simple and hardy isopod known for its clean, pale appearance that resembles icy or frosted tones, giving it a “glacier-like” look. It is considered one of the most basic and beginner-friendly isopods in the hobby.
This species stays small to medium in size and is extremely easy to maintain, making it perfect for first-time keepers. It adapts well to a wide range of conditions but performs best in a stable setup with moderate humidity, good ventilation, and a clear dry-to-moist gradient.
Once established, it breeds quickly and forms large colonies, making it a reliable low-end species for beginners, bioactive tanks, and starter collections.
