Description:
Spherillo sp. “Godzilla” is an extremely rare and highly impressive isopod known for its thick, heavily armored body and bold, powerful appearance. Its robust structure gives it a “prehistoric monster” look, which is why it earned the name “Godzilla” in the hobby.
This species stays small to medium in size but has a very solid, chunky build compared to many other isopods. It requires very stable, carefully controlled conditions with consistent humidity, good airflow, and a mature bioactive setup. It is highly sensitive during acclimation and does not tolerate environmental fluctuations well.
Once established, it becomes a flagship collector species, valued for its extreme rarity, powerful morphology, and elite high-end status among advanced keepers.
